The meeting with operators, institutions, companies, research centers and above all start-ups in the Food-Tech and AgriTech world will show how in this area Israel can offer original ideas, reflections and concrete opportunities to support the paths of innovation and development of Italian food companies. During the tour several presentations took place, mainly about Food Tech Start-up, among the areas of Digital IOT, Supply Chain & Packaging, Safety & Sustainability, Novel Ingredients, Health & Wellness.
We visited The Kitchen Hub (incubator which invests in food technologies), the Weitzmann Institute and the Private equity fund Jerusalem Ventur Partner, together with a series of presentations at OurCrowd - one of the most important crowdfunding platform.
